Welcome to REFINED BY DARCEY WILLIAMS LTD. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

We require all cancellations or rescheduling requests to be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

2. Lip Blush Package Bookings

For Lip Blush treatments, clients must book both the Initial Appointment (2 hours) and the Touch-up Appointment (1.5 hours, scheduled 6-8 weeks later) concurrently. Cancelling either session will affect the package terms and scheduling.

3. Consultations & Medical Suitability

Certain aesthetic treatments, including Lip Filler and Anti-Wrinkle Injections, require a mandatory 30-minute consultation. Subsequent treatments will only proceed once permission is granted by a qualified prescriber.

4. Liability & Insurance

REFINED BY DARCEY WILLIAMS LTD is fully insured and all treatments are carried out by a medically trained professional to clinical standards. Clients must provide accurate medical histories before undergoing any treatment.
